RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered to qualify for a return.
Custom-sized products are not eligible for return.
Curtains that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you prefer.
RETURN SHIPPING & CUSTOM FEES
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged or stained, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Should a returned product incur customs duties or import fees, these will be deducted from your refund.
REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE
All refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
